Måns Ahlstedt Åberg, PhD-student at the University of Hong Kong, debut book “Frivilliga rasbiologer: Interaktion och kunskapscirkulation mellan rasbiologiska institutet och allmänheten under 1920- och 30-talet” has just been released by Gidlunds förlag. The origin of the book goes back his master studies at Lund University, were he was among the first student group to read a thematic course on the history of knowledge. In his master thesis, and new book, he employs and develops theoretical ideas on the social circulation of knowledge and sheds new light on a topical issue in Swedish historiography.
