On Thursday we concluded the first Summer school in the history of knowledge at the Lund Centre for the History of Knowledge. During four days of intense activity, the participants and teachers both discussed meta-questions about knowledge and the history of knowledge as a field, and gave feedback on the research projects of the individual participants. 14 PhD students from nine universities took part, and apart from five teachers from Lund University, Professor Ellen Krefting held a Zoom keynote lecture from Oslo.
All in all, the week was highly productive and manifested how the history of knowledge has gathered momentum, and might give new perspectives for history as a discipline. We at LUCK would like to thank all the participants for a great week, and we look forward to seeing your work develop in the future!
